Current grantees with prior REO grant experience will share lessons learned on employer engagement, participant recruitment, and training within apprenticeship programs. OA will provide an overview of its role in supporting Registered Apprenticeship programs, including guidance specific to RESTART's focus industries, the role of Apprenticeship Training Representatives, and resources for grantees just getting started with Registered Apprenticeship. Attendees will leave with practical strategies for fostering participant success and a clear starting point for engaging OA's support.
