This session aims to equip participants with the knowledge needed for successful compliance and data management throughout the RESTART grant lifecycle. Presenters will cover key policy guidance, the Grantee Performance Management System (GPMS), and the Workforce Integrated Performance System (WIPS), including step-by-step access, user roles, and reporting requirements. Attendees will learn how to enroll participants, navigate the reporting timeline, and avoid common mistakes, with practical guidance for both new and returning grantees.
