Resources for Preparing and Submitting Quarterly Grant Reports
-
Review the DWG Performance Quarterly Reporting Reference Guide, provided by the National Dislocated Workers Grant, for steps to complete and submit your quarterly reports in the Workforce Integrated Performance System (WIPS). The Reference Guide covers the process of uploading the participant data file, certifying the Quarterly Performance Report (QPR) in WIPS, and checking errors. It also provides suggestions for completing the Quarterly Narrative Reports (QNRs).
- Follow directions outlined in the REO TIP Sheet - How to Submit REO Performance Reports_11.2025
- Refer to the QNR Template, the official Quarterly Narrative Performance Report Template, for details and prompts on completing each section of the narrative report
New Grantees
- The QNR-Planning Period Supplement assists new REO grantees in reporting their progress on key tasks like securing staff, office space, equipment, partnerships, and training to prepare for enrollment and program implementation. The Supplement is mandatory for all new REO grantees for the first two reporting quarters of the grant, i.e., the Planning Period.
- The REO Performance Checklist During Grant Planning Period is a step-by-step tool that guides REO grantees in setting up essential systems, defining roles and responsibilities, completing required training, and establishing reliable data collection and tracking.
